Our client is the Health-tech initiative of India's largest business house. Started in 2015, it empowers healthcare providers and consumers in India. All healthcare monitoring services are made available through an app that will help connect doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and consumers, enabling preventive and predictive healthcare. It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience.

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products and services, under the brand resonate with current and potential customers. You are expected to work closely with Performance Marketing team and help them drive consumer acquisition for the key products while you drive top of funnel growth and brand awareness.

What you need to do:

  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term
  • Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy
  • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media
  • Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and analysing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies
  • Guiding the advertising and promotion budget
  • Conducting consumer and market research
  • Measurement and reporting on success of marketing campaigns


Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

  • MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IIMs, XLRI, SPJain, FMS etc)
  • Min 7 years of marketing experience. Out of 7 years of Marketing experience, minimum 3 years in handling brand profile
  • E-comm, Health Tech, Ed Tech, Fin Tech, FMCG, Telecom background preferred
  • Expertise in running ATL / BTL led marketing campaigns
  • A go-getter with ownership and commitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-departments to achieve results
