The founding team has decades of experience working with companies in the education sector and other global companies.

As an HR Associate/ Asst Manager, you will develop effective working relationships internally, working with management on delivery of their people plans.

What you will do:
  • Formulating and implementing HR Policies and practices & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
  • Handling New Hire Management Joining, Background Verification, Pre- joining Engagement & On-boarding
  • Managing Exit Management Exit Interviews, F&F, MIS reporting Position trackers, Headcount Master
  • Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Monitoring HR department’s budget
  • Managing employees’ grievances
  • Creating and running referral bonus programs
  • Reviewing current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS)
  • Measuring employee retention and turnover rates
  • Overseeing daily operations of the HR department

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:
  • New Hire Management Joining, Background Verification, Pre- joining Engagement & On-boarding
  • Exit Management Exit Interviews, F&F, MIS reporting Position trackers, Headcount Master
  • Talent Acquistion Role Definition, Knowledge on handling different portals (LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Naukri)
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Employee engagement activities
  • English Fluency is must.
  • Female candidate would be preferred

UG:Any Graduate in Any Specialization

PG:Post Graduation Not Required
