As a Senior Manager - Exports, your responsibilities will include Business Development, Brand Promotion, Distribution Channel Development & Management, Revenue Expansion.

What you will do:
  • Ensuring Strategic Planning, Client Relationship Management & Team Management through judicious utilization of resources. - International exposure of travelling in international market.
  • BEcoming a Strategy Architect credited with successful formulation and implementation of sales strategies & programs to improve sales opportunities; developed short & long-term strategic plans including annual business plans, promotion and innovation strategies with P&L & budget responsibility.
  • Establishing Distribution network, Appointment of Distributors, Sales Planning & International Supply Chain which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets
  • Managing opportunity assessment, market penetration, competitive assessment and channel engagement campaigns
  • Creating sales and marketing infrastructure which maximizes team effectiveness and allowing quick rollout of products growing international sales
  • Developing existing market by improving the brand image among customers & channel partners and forging strategic partnerships with key industry leaders resulting in world-wide country expansion


Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:
  • Experienced in setting up formal Export Division, Streamlining Export Operations, Incentives
  • Experience in Setting Up Export Processes, streamlining distribution Channels like GT, MT, Horeca, Pharma, E-commerce etc, New Business Development thereby ensuring profitable growth.
  • Expertise in setting up & managing business operations including
  • Strong business insight with expertise in planning & execution of activities
  • Must have championed business-critical projects, proposed and managed new initiatives,
