Our client is a Delhi-based startup founded in 2018 by graduates from VIT. It is a digital marketplace which focusses on assisting their clients in expanding their online presence by finding the right vendors for various IT services including Website development, App development, Online marketing etc.

Our technology-based client is backed-up by venture capitalist and angel investor. It has onboarded over 1000 sellers so far and has facilitated transactions over 6 crores. Their top clients include CBRE, FedEx, Swiggy etc.

They are currently developing India’s first dedicated B2B Service Procurement Platform.

As a SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the SEO strategy to grow organic search traffic that aligns with the company’s goals and priorities.

What you need to do:

  • Contributing to building an SEO roadmap to drive organic traffic, engagement, leads and contribute to the pipeline
  • Delivering SEO performance reports that provide actionable insights to company executives
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize content for search
  • Continuously identifying new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis
  • Helping optimize landing page conversions online, including website and other landing pages
  • Optimizing the tools and bringing best practices to the broader team
  • Utilizing data (both quantitative and qualitative) to understand patterns, make decisions and identify opportunities


Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO
  • Deep knowledge of both content and technical search engine optimization and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with web optimization for traffic and conversion
  • Strong understanding of buyer journey and user experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in a dynamic environment to drive SEO programs forward in a highly effective manner
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively
  • Creative and resourceful, with a track record of innovating and trying out-of-the-box methods to achieve a goal, even with limited resources
  • Experience gathering and reporting on data and key performance metrics
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
