Our client is a Mumbai based healthtech company that works in the field of digital therapeutics(DTx). It leverages human and technological interventions to cater to patients suffering from diabetes, obesity, PCOS, among others. Designed to complement doctors’ medical therapy, its programs offer 360-degree guidance regarding nutrition, exercise, sleep and other factors which help patients achieve their physical and mental health goals.

This revolutionary startup catering to B2C, B2B and B2B2C clients is witnessing a monthly growth of 20-25 percent, with a monthly enrollment of around 800-1000 patients. Recently the company raised $3.1 million (Rs 22.3 crore) in a Pre-Series A round of funding led by Fireside Ventures.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy.

What you will do:

  • Setting objectives and reporting on important social media KPIs
  • Owning content calendar, crafting posts, and content across platforms
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Participating in trending conversations
  • Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product Development teams
  • Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews
  • Identifying influencers, managing influencer associations and measuring analytics
  • Ensuring that social media enhances and brings alive the defined brand stories

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

  • An eye for design and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge in social listening tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Quora and other social media best practices
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership
  • Ability to define audience persona for specific channels and create content accordingly
