Their services are being used by various eCommerce companies, regular stores and retailers, as well as individuals through their convenient app. The founder is a Standford Business graduate, with over 30 years of experience in hospitality and successful stints at entrepreneurship disrupting different industries at a time.

As a Sr. BD Manager, you will identify and develop new and prospective key clients across Delhi/ NCR by visiting markets and meeting the required targets.

What you will do:
  • Meeting key customer personnel and branch personnel who have worked with customers; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiating sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  • Developing sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services and ensures support.
  • Exploring and Analyzing the market, generating sales leads.
  • Identifying potential customers
  • Transforming the sales leads into revenue-generating business
  • Targeting new Customer, Promote the services of all entities, Collection of Payments.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:
  • Somebody who is well versed with Delhi / NCR and have a good hold over merchant acquisition and other client management
  • Experience from Payment Industry/ Startups/ Logistics/ Courier/ E-commerce will be mandatory
  • Minimum 6-8 years experience for in senior business development roles
  • Very good at hunting.
  • Must have good knowledge of Sales & Business processes.
  • Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required.
  • Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner.
  • Experience selling to businesses, specifically to SMEs, corporates, governments
  • Experience across the sales cycle, from new lead generation to closing of the sale
  • Experience selling product that requires push-sales with quick turnaround time
  • Maintaining the database of prospects of the company.
